The Gut Reset Bootcamp is built around a first of its kind, a 30 day Gut Reset Programme of diet, nutrition, supplements and exercise. The programme has three distinct phases. The first being the ‘pretox’ phase where we eliminate foods from the diet that have been scientifically shown to feed the bad bacteria. We start our journey of supplements to support the body and provide it with good bacteria. The second phase is what we call ‘intense’ phase or ‘detox’ phase. Increased supplementation is added at this stage to aid the body to get rid of the bad bacteria, bind to heavy metals and toxins, aid the repair of the tight junctions in the gut lining and populate, feed and flourish the good bacteria. The final stage is the ‘recovery’ phase where we continue to support the microbiome and begin to reintroduce food types back into our diet.
We have a number of compulsory and optional group sessions, usually carried out using zoom. A week before you begin your bootcamp, we will have a live zoom to talk you through the programme, show you the food lists and recipe ideas and guide you through the members only portal. On your start date, we will have another online zoom session, partly in a group and also in a breakout room with your own dedicated mentor. Other live sessions such as zoom or Facebook lives will go ahead during the programme and we will come together for our finale. It is important to us that you get the best out of your experience of completing The Gut Reset Bootcamp and therefore, we provide 1-2-1 mentor sessions with a dedicated mentor too giving you the best of both worlds.
Our private members portal is where it all happens! With a choice of daily exercises, mindfulness, recipe ideas, meal planner and journal, we cover your mind, and body! We have a whole host of added benefits and information regarding improving your overall health with suggestions, tips and ideas to help you further reduce your toxic load and aid recovery. We also have podcasts and expert interviews to give you more support on areas such as overcoming trauma, coping with stress, dealing with menopause, enhancing sporting performance etc. Our library of resources is continuously growing!
Gut Friendly Food Recipes
We have a range of gut friendly recipes to keep you inspired. Chose ideas from breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Never go hungry or get bored with our mouthwatering recipes. You can of course explore and get creative with your own recipe ideas and we encourage you to share these to help others along their journey. There is also a facebook group that you can join which is updated with different gut friendly recipes and there are also some books we can recommend.
Movement is encouraged when ridding your body of harmful toxins and we have that covered too! Dependant on your current level of fitness, we have exercises ranging from subtle seated stretches to high impact workouts. You can of course chose between these and you will have the opportunity to meet the trainers on your initial zoom call. Exercises will be pre-recorded by our trainers to ensure access to all as we know you can’t all be available at the same time, we have clients from across the globe accessing our portal! There will be opportunities available to book live or 1-2-1 sessions with all our trainers.
We use the highest grade nutraceutical supplements that have been through rigorous human clinical trials and have been shown to synergistically reset the microbiome. The supplements we use help the body to function at its optimal best. They aid the elimination of bad bacteria and toxins and even bind to and draw out heavy metals like mercury, aluminium and cadmium. They aid the healing of the tight junctions in the gut that cause Leaky Gut symptoms as well as putting in good probiotics and prebiotics to help you gain back a healthy balance of bacteria. In this day in age we can not get the daily nutrition that we need from food so supplementation is now necessary, many of our supplements are simply good food nutrition in a concentrated format.
1-2-1 Video Sessions
It is important to us that you get the best out of your experience of completing The Gut Reset Bootcamp and therefore, we provide 1-2-1 mentor sessions with a dedicated mentor. Our mentors have taken thousands of clients through this programme and have experience in helping you to overcome any challenges or obstacles you may have. We have worked with clients with a whole myriad of health struggles as well as elite athletes who use our programmes to help enhance their performance and improve their personal bests. One question we often get asked is “what do I do after my 30 days?” We have that covered too! If you like working with your mentor there is the opportunity to book further 1-2-1 sessions of support with them after the programme has finished. We pride ourselves in working with our clients for as long as they need our support!
We carry out a very in-depth health questionnaire and perform a lifestyle analysis that has been designed by doctors. We measure your progress from the beginning to the end using specific metrics. We always encourage our clients to take before and after photos, even if only for their own use. Although our programme is not a weight loss programme, the majority of people (who need to lose weight) do have weight loss as a happy side effect. Typical clients see an improvement in: energy, sleep, mood, brain fog, concentration, acid reflux, unexplained aches and pains, bloating, bowel functions, food cravings, mood, anxiety, depression, fatigue.
